What do I need to bring with me?

All of our vehicles are chauffeured driven, so just bring yourself!

Can the vehicles be used for Production Use?

Additional photos are available of all our vehicles, for production consideration. Please contact our office at 855-578-7245 and we will be happy to email you your request.

 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

A reservation must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the original pick-up date in order not be charged 100% of the rental charges. If you book or cancel within the 7-day period, the reservation is non-refundable, but you may apply the paid rental fee and re-schedule your rental for a future date.

Do I need a credit card to reserve a vehicle?

No, Our vehicles do not require a credit card for reservations. All vehicles are chauffeured driven. To reserve a vehicle please call 855-578-7245. 

 

 

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

Yes, we can arrange for transportation from Chicago Midway or Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

 

 

 

Are the cars allowed out of state?

We offer nationwide coverage. Certain restrictions may apply. Please contact our office for these types of requests.

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?

No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge will apply if this policy is violated.

 

 

 

Deposit Requirements

Cash deposits are accepted via bank deposit.
Luxury Rental USA banking partners:

  • PNC Bank​

  • Bank of America NA

 

Your bank deposit receipt will guarantee booking. You will also receive an invoice with your deposit and remaining balance.
